NYFW Recap featuring Farai London x Revolve @ The Revolve Gallery

NYFW Recap Featuring Farai London: Get all the details

We had the pleasure of visiting the Revolve Gallery this past Saturday to attend their New York Fashion Week showing. Located on the 5th floor at NYC’s Hudson Yards the gallery was breathtaking. Upon arriving, guests were greeted with free goodies (mostly makeup) and then instructed to go inside, collect a wristband, and finally head up to the 5th floor. Once the elevator doors opened attendees were instantly transported to the land of Revolve. On the pink carpet were guests talking and of course getting their pictures in, in front of the massive floral backdrop.

There were 13 fashion brands total showcasing their collections. Other rooms located in the gallery were for pop shops and guest interaction. Our favorite rooms included items from black-owned designer Farai London,  Bronx and Banco, and lastly Eaves. Other fashion brands showcasing their collections included For Love & Lemons, House of Harlow 1960, Lovers + Friends, LoveShackFancy, LPA, Ronny Kobo, Set Active, and Tell Your Friends.

Farai London collection

One of my favorite pieces

With walls decorated in Outerspace-themed wallpaper and shades of fuchsia painted all over, Farai London’s room was easily the boldest. The collection included her signature eyecatching mesh fabric in a variety of clothing options. This collection as stated by designer Mary-Ann Msengi represents both earth and space. The Kármán line, “draws inspiration from retro designs of the past with futuristic styles to achieve an adventurous, colorful, and alluring happy medium.”Midi dresses, mini dresses, a beautiful jumpsuit,  skirt sets, and two-piece sets were all available for viewing and for purchase at the Revolve pop-up shop!  Visit the Revolve website to buy and secure your own piece from the Kármán line.

Looking to revamp your Fall wardrobe? Eaves has got you! Eaves was another one of the collections in the gallery that we enjoyed. Their pieces screamed Fall and Winter. All their items looked extremely cozy and warm while also allowing for their buyers to make a statement. Their mission for their latest collection was to create their own spin on minimalist Fall fashion. Take a look at some of the images we captured below while visiting their showroom.
