Apartment 4C @ 560 State Street is up for sale. For just about 1.4 million dollars you could live in Hov’s old Brooklyn pad. With a view of Brooklyn’s Williamsburg Savings Bank Tower, the two-story condo includes 2 bedrooms (1 of which is a master bedroom), 1 bath, a kitchen, living room, dining room, and outdoor courtyard.
The open house for the condo is set for November 20th and so far the sale has been saved by 96 people! All this makes me wonder who the lucky person will be.
