What’s the supermodel up to now?
Yes! You definitely read that right. The model and first-time mom will begin teaching this Spring at Stanford University. According to stanforddaily, Banks will Co-teach a class on personal branding for two weeks at the school. She and Allison Kluger, former producer of the very popular show “The View” are teaming up to teach about 25 students how and the importance of creating an image that supports their brand.
In addition, students will learn how to handle media exposure and how to promote themselves using the very different social media platforms out here, in this day and age. The title of the course will be “Project You: Building and Extending your Personal Brand”.
I don’t know about you guys but I’d be super excited to take this course, Tyra Banks is great a business-woman and getting the first-hand experience from someone like her would be super exciting and extremely beneficial. But, we all don’t go to Stanford, so, for now, we’ll just have to wait and hear about the outcome.
